Board Prospects takes us behind the scenes of board service.
BoardProspects believes that an educated board member is a valuable board member. With the video production expertise of Patina Pictures, BoardProspects provides online training, development and the certification necessary for leaders to seek a board position through their BoardU platform.
BoardProspects partnered with world renowned corporate governance expert, Dr. Donna Hamlin, to create a three part seminar entitled Introduction to Board Prospects which Patina Pictures produced and filmed in downtown San Francisco in front of a live audience. Then we set off to Atlanta, San Diego and Los Angeles to pick up expert testimonials from board members of Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and General Motors.
One of my favorite aspects of being a San Francisco video producer is the travel, the opportunity to meet people who are leading in interesting ways, and the education I get from being immersed in topics that I may not have the exposure to otherwise. With a project that spanned from May to July, BoardProspects allowed me to indulge in all three of those aspects.

K'Dee Miller is the Founder & Creative Director of Patina Pictures.
Her feature films have premiered at Sundance Film Festival, AFI Fest, Newport Beach Film Festival, among others. Her corporate video clients span from technology companies such as Microsoft, RingCentral, DocuSign and Adobe, to Bay Area nonprofits such as Team4Tech and Hamilton Families.
She's studied her industry from every angle, receiving production training from The Juilliard School, an MFA of Writing from University of San Francisco, and a BFA of Acting from Marymount Manhattan College.
She is currently in the process of writing a memoir about growing up in the wilderness of Alaska.
